Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info.isamiluci@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Leather products are of the utmost quality. We take pride in our products because every piece is carefully crafted ensuring functionality, appeal and durability. Leather is meant to experience scratches and other signs of aging, yet with time these become less noticeable because Top Grain leather ages gracefully. We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you are able to Exchange it under the following policies:
1. The product must be in new condition, unused, and unaltered. If a product shows signs of wear or damage it will not be eligible for an Exchange, it will not qualify for store credit either.
2. Final Sale products cannot be Exchanged. Final Sale products are those that have been personalized. Final Sales do not qualify for store credit either.
3. Each order qualifies for one free exchange, however, the customer must assume the shipping costs.
4. When exchanging a product, the exchanged item (original product) must be received by the company in order to ship the new selected product.
5. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges under the guidelines listed above.
6. To start a return you must contact us via email first at info.isamiluci@gmail.com. We will email you the return address label.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
